1. Authorize Your Return
Call (800) 942-7639 (9am-5pm ET M - F) or email, info@harneyhardware.com, for a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA#). Please ship returned products within 10 days of receiving your RGA#.
2. Preparing Your Return Package
Returned products must be carefully repackaged in shipping box. Once packed, your RGA# must be written on the outside of the shipping box. Once received, package contents will be inspected - all products must be in new condition and in original, unmarked packaging.
3. Shipping Your Return Package
Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx. You are responsible for all return freight expense to our facility. Once received & inspected, purchase price, less outbound shipping will be credited back to your credit card.
